The owner
Twenty years in the trades. Still on the tools.
Dave's working life began on the electrical side, wiring the controls that run boilers. In 2002 he switched to plumbing and knew quickly that it was the trade for him. By 2020, with roughly twenty years in the trades behind him, he opened his own company.
Years as general manager at another plumbing firm showed him which habits customers notice and which ones they never forgive. He built his own firm around that lesson: treat each job as work worth doing right.
Away from the job, Dave fly-fishes, works as a fine-art oil painter, and has written four published books.

There are seven of us. Every call is covered by someone the rest of the team has worked beside and trusts.
Prices on paper
The service call cost is quoted on the phone, and the job price is written down before any work begins.
Left tidy
Floor protection goes down first. At the end we clean up and haul the old parts away.
